Facilities Request Form
Vaughn Park’s facilities are used by many people throughout the week. If you are interested in reserving our building for a meeting or event, please download the form below and send it to the church with the Attn: Matt Dickson.
The Vaughn Park Church does not provide use of our building for political groups or events that involve the sale of goods or services.
Due to the large number of requests, we are currently only accepting wedding and private party requests from Vaughn Park members. The wedding request form may be attained in the main office. There are a separate set of prices and guidelines regarding weddings.
All requests are reviewed at staff meeting on Tuesday mornings. We will make every effort to reply to your request as quickly as possible the Tuesday afternoon after it is submitted.
